Seeking sources about technology use in commercial real estate

I regularly cover technology topics for GlobeSt.com (commercial real estate site). I’m looking for potential topics. They must have broader reach than what a particular company is going. Things like a recent close on an investment series for a startup alone isn’t of interest, though it might be a minor point in something bigger. If the pitch is, “see how wonderful this company is,” please don’t send it. Also, nothing bland and predictable like “AI is going to be important,” as stories like that are rampant.
