Expert in stock valuation needed
This is for Forbes.com. I'm looking to at least identify the source today, EOD, May 29, 2025.
I'm looking at the question of how to valuate a stock when an executive holds a large amount, pledges significant portions to get personal loans, and how the amount of collateral required by a bank or other lender could or should affect stock price.
